I have lived in Lake Havasu City for over nine years. I am very active in our community. I currently serve as Secretary on the Board of the Cancer Association of Havasu, Secretary of our Homeowners Association, Member Board of Realtors and many other organizations. Before becoming a realtor I owned and operated a staffing agency and managed three offices. As a professional recruiter, I recruited for executive,secretarial, technical and gaming professionals for my clients from around the United States. I found my job very challenging and very rewarding. I loved to match employers with the right employee. Through my business I have made so many friends from all different fields of life. I knew I could transfer the same kind of passion into helping families find a new home or sell their home.

I earned that there are many qualities similar to my old profession that go hand in hand in being a real estate professional- professionalism, integrity, community and market knowledge, marketing, computer skills, effective negotiation skills and creating a high-quality professional network, all of these skills I currently possess and continue to improve on daily.
