Woven through the magnificent surroundings of the National Wildlife Refuge, dramatic desert mountains, the course features numerous elevation changes, water features, a combination of dunes, formal waste bunkers, along with spectacular views. The expert golfer will find it a challenge to play day after day, and the novice golfer will experience golf at its finest. This private community has beautiful custom built estates. Vacant lots are still available if you are interested in building your dream home.The Refuge has a club house with an excellent chef and many other amenities.

Our community supports a community college, our regional mall just opened with Dillards, JC Penney's, Michaels, super Wal-Mart., American Eagle, Discount Shoes and Ultra Theatre. More shops and restaurants are still being added. Our schools are some of the best in Arizona.

Havasu Regional Medical Center is a 138- bed facility and is certified for Medicare and is JCAHO accredited. The hospital provides a 24 hour emergency service with full-time physicians on duty. Havasu Heart Centre has raised the bar on heart care with state of the art open heart surgery and interventional cardiac care.
